“Aluminum is a widely recognized neurotoxin that inhibits more than 200 biologically important functions and causes various adverse effects in plants, animals, and humans. “Is the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (“VICP”) of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims a fair forum? This is not a trivial question as it is the only forum in which parents may bring claims for vaccine injury of their children… This preliminary study suggests that VICP has been compensating cases of vaccine-induced encephalopathy [brain damage] and residual seizure disorder associated with autism since the inception of the program. Through this preliminary study, the authors have found eighty-three cases of autism among those compensated for vaccine-induced brain damage. This finding raises fundamnetal questions about the integrity, tranparency, and fairness of the forum.”
